The Case for Founding
You Build the Team
As a chapter founder, you select your founding officers and shape the chapter's culture from day one. You decide who joins your inner circle, not the other way around.
You Hold the Title
Chapter founder is a credential that travels with you for the rest of your career. You become a name in the Caribico network's institutional registry as the person who brought the movement to your university.
You Define the Year
You and your officers execute the twelve-event Caribico calendar at your university for the first time. The chapter's first year is the founding year. Everything after carries your imprint.
